I am working for a MNC in India and I am now in USA on a business visa. I will be in US till March end. My I-94 is getting expired on April 2nd. Because of some urgent requirement, the client wants me back in May on a L1 visa. Is it possible to file a petition for L1 while I am still in US and get my visa stamped as soon as I go back to India? If so what are the procedures to be followed? and if not, is there a way out for me to come back to US and "work" from May?
