Hi,
I am applying for fresh L2, on the application form the state of residence has 2 options, 1-Resident of India/Bhutan 2-Indian residing in US.
In my case, I have been in US till Dec 2008 on H1 visa, and now I am going for L2.
Please let me know what should I opt for?
As the statement on form says --"The state of residence should be the last state where you have lived for at least six months"
