Urgent Help needed

Hello,

A friend's father is seriously ill back home in India. His L1B extension is already filed and is in process with the USICS. His L1 is getting over in March 13 2009.

Will his travel to India create any problems with the extension ?

Family comes first. Travel may cause the L1 extensions to get denied but as such L1 extensions are getting denied.

Search and read for "Cronin" memo which might apply to L1 cases which you have to discuss with your attorney. Same thing with "cloning" posts on the forum.

No point in neglecting family over an L1 extension. Also Premium is a possibility. Once they leave, they can come back with a new stamp if the PP gets approved.
