Extension of stay - L2

Hello All,
My L2 is expiring this June 2009 and I just came across this extension of stay option.
Can I apply for Extension of Stay and get my I94 extended for 3 mnths.
Also, then, will my EAD get extended till the new I94 date?

Please reply URGENT!

You can apply if your spouse's L1 is valid. OR you both can apply for respective extension if L1 eligible for extension.

EAD you will need to reply based on the extended L2 status approval.

My husband's L1 expiring in June too.
I cannot apply separately for my visa(L2)??

You can not apply for L2 extension alone. The primary L1 visa holder needs an extension. If the L1 expires, the L2 expires along with it.

One should be aware of the limitations of one's visa. Why wouldn't your husband want to extend his stay while you extend yours?
