Hi,
My company has said that they will apply for a fresh L1B petition/ visa after the previous conversion from L1b to L1a was denied after completion of 5 years in US. (Now i am in India and it is 3 months since i travelled back)
My question is How can my company apply for fresh L1B if there is a mandatory 1 year work outside of US exists? does it not apply for fresh L1B petitions?
