Changing job on L1b visa

Hi

I have been living in Atlanta, USA for about a 1 year on L1b visa. My L1b visa expires in May '2010 but, I am not happy with my current employer and I am thinking of seeking better opportunity.

Is there a way I can switch employer while on L1b visa?

Please advise.

Not possible. Find a H1b sponsor.
