My current EAD card expires on April 6th, 2009 and I have applied for renewal on March 2nd, 2009. I have received my EAD receipt notice on march6th 2009As I have not mentioned my last name on my I-765 form, the receipt notice mentiones my name as "No name given" and then my first name. I have called up the customer service number and they asked me to send a letter about the same. I have submitted the letter today. But my question is,
1. Can I continue my current work with the receipt notice
2. Will the new EAD issuing be delayed as I have sent a correction in my name?
Please suggest.
