This is regarding maximum period you can stay in US on L1 visa. I am here in US on L1 visa from last 6 years. Now recently I went to India and I got new petition for L1 and on basis of it I got new visa valid for 3 years because my petition was new. So can I stay here in US for 3 more years becasue I am already in US for last 6 years and only 1 more year left to reach maximum limit of 7 years.
So I just want to know with new petition can you stay for another 7 years on L1 - A visa?
