I-94 card without Valid Until date

Hi,

I am at Los Angeles, California. Came here in L1 visa on 5th March 09.
In my I-94 departure card, there is no valid until date.
whereas I could see that in other peoples I94 card they have valid until date written by immigration officer.
Now I am in confusion wheather It is must to have valid until date in I94 card or not. whether the L1 visa expiration date would be the one used .

Go back to CBP (Deferred adjudication office) at the international airport and they will verify and enter the date from their system. It is important that you get this corrected and straightened out.

I thought to carry I 129, I 797, air ticket along with passport the officer to verify. whether that would be fine? or I need to carry any other forms.
Also do I need to get an appointment?
This is my first travel to US.
Is deferred adjudication office is there in Los Angeles intl airport. please guide me.

Take all immigration docs with you. No appointment needed or forms. All international airports have a CBP office in or near the international terminal.

Hi,

First went to Immigration office in 300 North Los Angeles, LA, CA and got it rectified at Deferred Inspection, Room no. 4338, 4th floor.
