Minimum Salary on L1 Software Engg

Hi

I would like, if there is any rule that companies has to follow for L1 visa employee.

I am software Engineer, with 2 yrs 8 months experience.

My company bring me to US on B1 and now thinking of L1, so i would like to what is the good salary for me, which I suppose to get.

or it would great if I also know what is industry standards for this. If i gets L1 my job location could be in Kentucky state.

Also I would like to know how much money is minimum required for family of 3 having small kid.....
