I have got L1 A for me and L2 for my Family
I have couple of questions , appreciate if Some Body can answer them :
1) I am planning to travel alone first and my wife and Kids travel after 2-3 months so as I have all basic stuff ready for them. I hope this is ok with INS or relevant US authorities.
2) Me and my company are thinking towards applying Green Card for me and my Family (Self+Spouse+ 2 Kids). What would be approximate time line . What is fast or applies to me , Eb1 or Eb2 what is it .
3)Can I apply for Green card during initial 2 months or so when my family is in India or we can only apply when they come in to US.
4)What is approximate wait time for Green Card , I know nobody can tell this but a anticipated number keeping in view of L1 A.
