L1 Visa Extension

Hi,

My L1 visa is valid till 06 June 2009. I am currently residing at India,

1) Can I apply for extension from India?
2) If No, Can I travel to US and then apply for extension. When is the last day that I can apply for extension.
3) What other options do I have to travel to US, as there is a job requirement in a short time.

Depends on what you are calling an extension. L1 extensions within US are having a hard time to get approved. Ask your company of HR. They should know what is going on.
