Need options to pursue MBA while working.

Hi,

I am currently on L1 B visa and my visa is valid till April, 2010. I am planning to pursue an evening MBA degree this fall session. Now, if I get admission to this degree, it will take me 2011 end of year to complete. Considering the high rate of L1 B visa extension rejections, I need options to carry on my degree working full-time, IF my visa extension gets rejected. I think I can change my visa status from L1 to F1 in case there is a rejection, but that won't help me work.

Please help.
