Currently my husband is on L1 and i am on L2 Visa expiring on July, 2009. I am working on L2 (EAD).
We need to go to India and get the fresh L1/ L2 stampted after the current one expires. (my husband's compnay policy)
Can I take without pay leave from my company for 3 months after July until i get my new L2 and EAD or they can't keep me as employee after July once my current L2 gets expired?
Please advice.
