L2 Visa validity

Hi,

My husband is on L1, and I am on L2. Can my husband travel to home country for a short vacation and come back, while I am here in L2? Is that legal? Or I cannot stay here on L2, if he is not here?

As long as the L1 maintains legal status, L2 is allowed to stay in L1's absence.
