    Applying L2 while L1 applicant is in india

    Hi Members,

    I am holding L1 visa and I got it 3 months back. I am still in india will be flying soon

    Now I am planning to apply L2 for my spouse.

    Could you please tell me the required documents which I need to collect from the employer . I am not in US, so i can show my current indian pay stubs?

    What would be the criteria and difficulties in my case?
