I have a query regarding L1-B VISA.
Can we transfer L1-B VISA when a employee changes his job to other company? If yes what is the procedure to do it.
One of our manager is going to travel to US for 2-3 weeks and has got L1-B visa till 2010. We are trying to transfer that visa and need some help regarding the same.
