L1 B Extension

Hello folks,

My L1 Visa expires in Sep 2009. I have not yet applied for extension. I am going apply under L1 Individual petition.

Is it true that L1 Extensions are getting better though I heard lot of rejections or RFE recently.

What is the percentage of approval or rejection?
