L2 with EAD -- Company applied for GC

My wife is having EAD ( she is on L2) working for last 18 months in a fulltime postion. Her company has applied for GC recently...is it fine to proceed for GC being on L2.

They have also applied for H1 for her this year ( 2010 Quota).

Please suggest.
