Urgent - L1 and study issues

Hello,

I'm on L1B visa and working full time in the US. I have applied for a distance learning course in the US. This is going to start in June 2009.
The fees is $3200.

If I get a scholarship from some one for from some organization, will it be a problem for my L1B visa and my employment here ?

Please let me know.
