Hi,
My current L1B and I 94 is valid upto 2011.Now my parent company is closing the subsidiary company on June 30th 2009 for which my visa is there. And they have applied for my L1 transfer to parent company. I received RFE for that and responded. Now the processing time says 12-14 weeks. So If i will not get any result from USCIS before 30th June, Can I stay legally in US though my current company is closed and visa transfer is under process.
2. My wife is preganant and the due date is in July. So in June last week , we cannot travel as per airlines rules. So can we stay on based on medical reason.
3. If we will move to India early in month of June and visa is still under process after June what I supposed to do?
Please suggest, as my company lawyer is not giving any support and answers for these questions.
