Stamping of L2 visa extension

Hi All,
I need help from the learned members of this forum. I came on L1 visa and my wife on L2 with one year validity which expired in February this year. Afterwards my employer applied for L1 extension and my wife also got her L2 extend status in a seperate petition. Now my wife wants to visit India alone. My question is whether she can get stamping herself in India or I also need to go with her for stamping as she has a dependent visa.

You need not be there for her to get a visa.
