    H4 to L1B questions

    hello,

    I am in US on H4 visa, and recently filed for L1B visa.

    I wanted to know have anybody tried this option before (already in US and file for new visa) and what is the usual processing time of USCIS.

    I also wanted to know if I travel to my home country will there be any difference in my application processing?
