L1B Extn Applied can L2 work?

My L1B Visa & I-94 are getting expired on May 15 and my employer has already applied for extension. I know that I can work in US with my employer until decision from USCIS comes. But can my wife (she is not L2 Visa and currently working) also work till that time or she will have to quit the job after May 15?

If not, is there anyway she can also work until decision from USCIS comes?

L2 can work through the validity of EAD as long as L1 maintains status.
