L1 Visa annotation - Blanket petition
Good day to All,
I would like to verify on some issues about the L1 visa annotation posted on my passport.
I was sent to US by my previous company for a temporary assignment in 2007 and I stayed there for 3 months and back to my home country after that. The visa approved for me was L1 visa with annotation - Blanket Petition valid until 2010. At present, I have moved to another company. I would like to know if the same visa is valid if I intend to travel for US just for a visit like for 2 or 3 months. Otherwise, should I apply for another visa? I would appreciate your thoughts on this.
