Hi,
Can anyone share and positive cases of L1B extension cases in 2009 after getting RFE ? I have not heard of any cases till date .
My extension is pending after RFE since Mar 4 . I have now asked my employer to call up USCIS . A lot of my friends who cases were filed after me got denial letters but nothing for me .
I will appreciate if someone can give glimmer of hope to all folks sailing in the same boat as me.
