Hi All,
Present I am on L1b visa in USA, My L1b visa would be expired on Sep 9 2009, Few days back my company applied for L1 visa extension and got RFE ( I heard most of the times once we responded to RFE and got denied by USCIS ) my company also planning to file New H1b for myself in this year quota can you suggest which one is best way in following options:
1) can i go back to india prior Sep 9 2009 and go for new H1 stamping in consulate?
2) Should we respond to RFE and waiting for updates from USCIS
