Hi,

I regularly browse through your website & find it really useful.

I am on L1A Visa (intra company manager/executive transfer) & my company is planning to file for my Green Card. It will be under EB1 category. Hence to start with I suppose we are planning to fill out I-140. Correct me if I am wrong in any of the above. I wanted to check if there is any temporary termination or I can go ahead & file for premium processing of I-140, for additional $1000.

You have only read the first paragraph under eligibility. Read second paragraph too.

Thanks once again for quickly replying back. I am just stunned!

Actually I read 2nd paragraph under eligibility too. 1st paragraph talks about it being eligible for EB1-multinational executives & managers. And in 2nd paragraph where it actually lists down who within that are eligible, it mainly talks about H1B and only other point (1st point) talks about:
·Beneficiary of a Form I-140 petition filed in a preference category that has been designed for premium processing service;

I am not sure if I understand that L1A (EB1 - Aliens of Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Professors and Researchers, Multinational Executives and Managers) is eligible or not. Kindly provide your valuable inputs for same.

You are only reading the first condition. You have to apply all other 3 conditions as well.
