L1B extension rejected in US, reapply under L1B Blanket from India

Hello Team,

I am under a situation and i need your suggestion.

My L1B visa extension denied in US so i will have to travel back to India. I believe this is L1B Individual Petition. The reason for this is not having Specialized knowledge, Though we disagree with this reason (My visa Attornies did not projected it properly).

Now my company is applying for L1B extension under blaknet petition from India.
Here are my questions:

1. Rejection in US will have any impact in reapplying from India ?
2. Did any of you been to this situation and what is the end result ?
3. What questions i can expect from India consulate in visa Interview for this specific case ?

1. Yes. Only if you apply through same employer/same class. I guess that is the reason you employer's are going for Blanket.
2. N/A somebody could answer this.
3. It depends on several factors for example - on your overstay beyond your I94 (if any) and if its a blanket then your UG degree must be in computers...etc..
