My baby born in US....

Hi,
I am on L1 visa and have been in USA for last 10 months, my VISA expiring next month.....

During my stay in USA, my wife gave birth to a baby girl 2 months ago....Next month we are planning to go back to India.....

Is there anyway that we can come here again as my baby girl as she is US citizen now....What type of VISA can we claim?

You can file an immigrant petition when she turns 21 years old you are very lucky, you can come back!!!
