Hi
Currently i work for a Company A in India and i hold a valid H1B visa stamped in January which was processed by a company B in the US , i was not able to travel till now as the market was doing bad.
Now my Company A in India is processing an L1 Blanket petition .
I am worried ? if my H1B will get canceled while going for L1 stamping .
Please advice .... guys pls share ur experience
Or can i ask my Indian company to get my H1B visa transferred . Is that possible? i ha'nt traveled yet to US and dont have any pay stubs with the Company B...?
