Have H1B approval notice - filing for L1A

Hi,

I have a H1B approval notice(2008) from Company A which I am yet to use.I am presently working for company B in india who wants to file for L1A or L1B for me.

1) If I file for L1A/L1B will my H1B approval be cancelled?

2) If not,will company A be able file for COS if I am in US on L1A/L1B with company B
