Can i work for 2 jobs?

Hi agian.

I would be glad if some one help me. I am working for a full time job on my L2-EAD now. I had a plan to work for another part time job.My company has the non compete agreement and that makes me feel scary to apply for a second job.

I am not sure whether the L2-EAD people can have the mutiple pay stubs run.
Is it a mandatory thing to have the non compete agreement to be approved even though I work after hours or on week ends?

It is illegal to work in a second job if you have signed such agreement.

You will have to take second thought from someone. Some agreement don't allow you to work for company's competitors and some agreement don't allow ANY another employment while you already employed with them.

As far as I know, there is no such restriction on how many pay stubs can be ran while on L2-EAD and what type of job but you will have to mention that while filing taxes.
