L1 US visa valid but L1B petition expired

I am travelling to US, my Visa is still valid for next 4 months... but My L1 US visa stamped is reference to old L1B petition number(expired)... Now, my employer has gone with an extension on L1B petition (its a new petition number).

Now my question is -
Since I am tarvelling to US with the below documents -
>> Valid passport
>> Valid L1 Visa (still valid for next 4 months)
>> Old L1B petition (expired 2 months back)
>> New/extension L1B petition
>> original I-129S


Is it still Legal and OK to travel to US under such a situation.

Please could you answer to this question at the earliest.
