Can L1B holder can apply for anykind of workvisa?

Hi, I am holding a L1B visa. Can anybody guide/help to understand if there is any way to get any kind of working visa? If yes how much time it takes? Is there is some specific duration is there in which only you can apply for these kind of visa? Some suggested, I can apply by my-self for EAD which allow me to work anywhere in US?

No self sponsored employment possible. Only employer sponsored visas like H1b is possible for L1b folks.

You can look at other visas like investor visas etc.
