H1 - Incorrect 1-797/i-94 dates

Iam currently on L1A with 7 yrs completing my Aug,21-2010 with 6 yrs completing by Aug,21-2009. Last year , I had my approved H1 with i-94 and I-797 approved from oct-2008 to sep-2011. These dates are wrong dates


I have my approved Labour approved through my H1 employer.


I got a job with my H1 employer now . My question is "Can i go to my h1 employer since I have wrong i-94/i-797 card attached. Do I need to go to modify I-94/I-797 card before started working with my H1 employer.

Is it a simple process to modify I-94/I-797 card and how many days it will take to get modified I-94/I-797

Based on what you said, it does look like you have violated your status by continuing to work on L1 after H1b approval came with a change of status. You need to talk to a lawyer or read more on the forum about leapfrog.
