Urgent H1 denied, L1 and pending PERM
Hi,
My h1-b has been denied,it had an RFE on my current company.the company did not share the details with me, hence I do not know what was the reason for denial.
I am US employee and has a pending PERM
If my company applies for my L1.will my PERM become void ?
