i am from india working for from 3year for a ltd company. right now i am in canada on student visa and now my company wants me to send to US on L1a visa can i file for thta or my staying in canada will become a problem. as i am planning to return to india in 2months time and it already been 3 been months i have been to canada . it is small course for which i have comed here. i am still on paid leave in the comapny .. pls can anybody suggest me that should i file for L1A or not ...
