Hi,

I am working on EAD which is approved over my L2 visa. My current EAD expiration date is 21st July ‘09.

My I-94 is till 21st July’09 and we have aleady filled for our extension. Can I still work without a EAD while my L2 extension application is pending with USCIS ?
