Could I get rejected to the visa L2 after we get married? Should we apply for L2 visa
Hello everyone!
My future husband holds an L1 visa.
we are planning to get married, and after that go for the L2 visa for me, . I had a B1/B2 ( 6 months) visa 10 year ago, but now it was rejected twice when I wanted to go to visit my fiance to the US 6 mouths ago, the consul told that I don’t have enough ties on my home country. My future husband is from India and I am from Brazil, he came to visit me to Brazil one time only, and stayed here for 2 weeks that's all. Is there any chance of L2 rejection because of these reasons? Can they reject me the visa L2 after we get married? my other question is: Should we apply for the L2 in India or here in Brazil ?
