Hi,
I visited US on L1 visa in 2008/2009 and now I am back to India. Overall I stayed in US for 13 months but not continuously.
Initially I traveled for 4 months and then came back to India for 2 weeks and traveled again for 7 months and came back to India for 2 weeks and traveled back again for 2 more months before I come back to India.
Since I was not in US continuously for more than 12 months, do I need to get PCC?
The reason why I am asking this info is, I am applying for Australia migration visa which states that I need to get a PCC if I was in a country for more than 12 months.
Can you please advice?
