Is L2 EAD premium processing available?

Hi,

I have applied for EAD last month in july. But i haven't received anything from them instead of the receipt. I am on L2 here. Ideally EAD takes 3 months to get processed. Is there any premium processing support for fastening the L2 EAD process?
