L2 stamping before L1 stamping

Hi,

My husbands, mine and my daughters L1, L2 and L2 respectively got expired last year. We got an extension here in the US. Now i am planning to go to india with my daughter. Can i get mine and my daughter visa stamped in india. My husband would not be coming with us...

My question is whether they will stamp a L2 when L1 is not stamped??

Yes, you can get L2 stamped with the L1 extension approval and L1 need not get a stamp if he is not travelling.
