Hi,
i hold L1B. My first petition was from - 12/2005 to 12/2008 and second from 12/2008 T0 12/2010. I entered in US on Aug 2006. L1 B Holder can stay in USA only for 5 Years.
Can any one explain me How will the number of days calculated in my case? would it be calculated from Aug 2006 or 12/2005?
