sabbatical leaves and new L1

I worked on L1b visa for 3 yrs and thereafter went on sabbatical leaves of 8 months on H4 visa. Now I am back to work and my employer is trying to apply for a fresh L1b visa. Is there a risk of my visa application getting rejected becos of those leaves???

I was on leave on H4 visa. I did not renew my L1b visa. I instead went back to India and applied H4 to return to US for leaves

Now I am back to work and my employer is trying to apply for a fresh L1b visa.

Being on leaves for 8 long months can cause a weakness in my case becos i have not been in profession for 8 months. Thats my fear
