L2 dilemma
My spouse travelled to US in April 09 on L1 Visa for a month. He will be again travelling by second week of October for 2 years this time. I haven’t got my L2 yet. If I apply for a visa after he leaves to US do I have to submit his 6month’s US payslip & bank statements? i.e. Do I have to wait until 6 months to apply for a L2? Or should I apply for L2 asap if I want to travel in November? Please help...
