L1A when H1b petiton approved

I applied for H1b from comp B and got my petiotion approved. I am currently working in company A who applied for my L1A visa (blanket). I am planning to go for L1A stamping but am worried about my existing H1b case with uscis.

Is there a problem for having both H1b and L1A together applied in same year?
