Hello,
I would like to apply for a L1-A visa knowing that I do own a company in my country (Morocco) and that I want to open a branch office in the U.S.A.
The point is I cannot show evidence of sufficient premises in the U.S, since I have not been there yet. So will it affect my application? and can I apply as my own employer?what kind of documents might be required from me?
