My spouse applied for L1 extension (on Sep 14th, 2009) and got it approved (on Oct 6th, 2009).
I have applied for COS from H1 to L2 (on Sep 29th, 2009), I got the receipt from USCIS. Now my case is pending with USCIS.
My doubt is
1. Can my spouse travel to home Country on Vacation while I stay in US during this COS period?
2. Is it possible to change my case (H1 to L2) to premium proceesing? If yes what is the procedure? What are the documents required? What is the form that I need to fill?
