L1 and H1 together?

Hello,

I posses an L1B - valid and a other consultancy wants to file my H1B.
In this case, after the H1B stamping, would I loose my L1B visa? (i might not join the consultancy immediately but might be travelling a bit more on L1B with my old organization)

No, you don't lose L1 visa. You can have multiple visas.

L1 and H1 are work visas. As there is conflict of work, the VO may choose to cancel the visa upon stamping. You may have to choose which one you want to use and hold it.

It would be different if it were L1 and B1/B2. Both could remain valid.
